Her Flo started as a small idea from 11-year-old Saahithi Madhuvarsu, who struggled to find a resourceful and relatable platform for menstrual health management. As just a pre-teen, she was looking for an app that met her needs as a girl newly navigating her period. Understanding the unique challenges faced by teenagers in managing their periods, she set out to create something different.
